We want you to love every Layer piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you get it sorted quickly.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange an item.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With tags attached and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

You can start a return in one of three ways:

  1. Use the form included in your delivery.
  2. Log into your Layer Account (if you created one) and request a return there.
  3. Email us at info@layeruk.com.

Once your request is received, we’ll confirm the next steps.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without completing one of the above return methods may not be accepted.
  • Repack your item securely in its original packaging where possible.
  • Include your completed return or exchange form inside the parcel.
  • Attach your own postage label and send it using a tracked postal service — this ensures you have proof of return.
  • Once we receive your parcel, we’ll process your return or exchange and email you with an update.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or colour? Just complete the return form included with your order and select exchange.

Once your item arrives with us, we’ll send out your replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the product you want isn’t available, you can choose between a refund or store credit.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Email info@layeruk.com with your order number, a short description, and photos if possible.

You can choose between a replacement or a full refund once we’ve reviewed the issue.

THE PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete processing.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.

If your return falls outside the 30-day window but there’s a genuine issue, we may offer a Layer gift card or store credit at our discretion.

For hygiene and customisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Gift cards
  • Customised or personalised products
