UK Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 12:00 will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Charges & Free Shipping

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and delivery address.

Free standard UK shipping applies to orders over £75

Dispatch Locations & Couriers

All parcels are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Nottingham. We use trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail to deliver your order. Once your order is on the way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International & EU Shipping

We currently ship to the UK only.

Orders with Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them together, or separately if items are stocked at different locations or dispatched at different times. In the latter case, the delivery time shown applies from when the last item is dispatched.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to courier backlog, strikes, or extreme weather. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@layeruk.com (or via our Contact page) quoting your order number and tracking reference.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will work with the courier to locate your package or issue a replacement/refund as appropriate.
