What is the Pyramid challenge?

The Pyramid is a 7-day running challenge where you run 7km on day 1, 8km on day 2, 9km on day 3 and 10km on day 4. You then decrease your runs by 1km each day; finishing on a 7km run on day 7.

Do I have to run the exact distance each day?

Yes, the goal is to complete the set distance each day. You can run a little extra if you want to but take care not to overload yourself.

What if I miss a day?

If you miss a day, you must restart the challenge from day 1.

Do I have to run at a certain pace?

No, you can run, jog, or even walk portions - it's about consistency, not speed.

Can I split the distances into two runs?

No, the full distance should be completed in one go each day.
