Yes. You need to follow Layer Run Club on Strava so that we can verify your challenge attempts.

What does it cost?

Nothing. You can enter any of our challenges for free.

What if I’m a beginner?

No problem. Pick a challenge that suits your ability level. We will be adding more challenges over time so keep checking if there's nothing there for you right now.
Can I walk instead of run?

Absolutely. You can walk, jog or run our challenges.

How do I track my activity?

Track your runs on your normal device. Just make sure you save it to Strava.

Will there be prizes?
