What is the Half challenge?

The Half is a 21-day running challenge where you add an extra 1km to your distance every day for 21 days in a row.

Do I have to run the exact distance each day?

Yes, the goal is to complete the set distance each day. The overall distance is 231km in 21 days so we wouldn't advise running further than you need to.

What if I miss a day?

If you miss a day, you must restart the challenge from day 1.

Do I have to run at a certain pace?

No, you can run, jog, or even walk portions - it's about consistency, not speed.

Can I split the distance into two runs?

No, the full distance should be completed in one go each day.
