What is the Burnout challenge?

The Burnout is a 30-day running challenge where you run 5km every day for 30 days in a row.
Do I have to run exactly 5km each day?

Yes, the goal is to complete 5km each day. You can run a little extra, but it must be at least 5km.
What if I miss a day?

If you miss a day, you must restart the challenge from day 1.

Do I have to run at a certain pace?

No, you can run, jog, or even walk portions - it's about consistency, not speed.
Can I split the 5km into two runs?

No, the full 5km should be completed in one go each day.
